Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the CurryIQ platform, operated by Polycrunch Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Subscriptions

CurryIQ is offered as a recurring software subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing cycle (monthly or annual) as selected at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. On cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable, as the Service remains available to you for the remainder of that cycle. If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a material service failure, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

4. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
